No Lion – Phox and Boom Forest

I saw Phox last night at Shank Hall.
Shank Hall holds special memories for me, because I used to see a small Milwaukee ska band by the name of Little Blue Crunchy Things almost every weekend there.
Last night was a special night for Phox, as she shared later in the show, because her father died yesterday morning.
“I said goodbye to my dad this morning,” She said.
It was an unexpected jolt after she sang this song with two other folks, a capella.

Oof.
