MY NEW LENS IS ON IT’S WAY.

MY NEW LENS IS ON IT’S WAY.

I ordered him.
He is coming.
He will be mine.
Seth, I’m calling him.
Don’t know why.. But it fits.
MY FIRST REAL LENS.
I’m so excited I can barely breathe.
(maybe, too, because it’s a hundred deh-grees.)

He is a Sigma 30mm f/1.4 EX DC HSM Autofocus Lens for Canon Digital. He is brilliant. He is svelte. He is stunning. HE IS MINE.

First, I am picking somewhere awesome to go hiking, hiking there, and taking my first pictures with Seth as soon as I get the chance.
Second, I’m going to take pictures of some babies.
Third, I have 3 different paying photo shoots lined up as soon as he is mine.

I WILL OFFICIALLY BE A PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER.

I am steadily building a decent portfolio, and learning more and more tricks for Photoshop as time goes. (i bought a book)

Progress has been slow.
Among the many, many, many life lessons I have learned this year, how to be patient has to be number one.

Breathe.
Make a step towards your goal.
And then make another one.

Something something it’s all about the journey something something, quit being so Veruca Salt.
